We provide employee enrollment in the GP system and ensure that all medical records are processed correctly, securely and according to applicable privacy guidelines.

 

As a result, the employee is registered and immediately included in our care environment.

We call the employee for all necessary information

We always start with a personal welcome phone call so that the employee immediately knows who to contact.

We have multiple locations

When an employee needs care, he or she contacts us and we immediately see which location is most appropriate and closest.
We then schedule an appointment and provide the employee with all the necessary information.

We are ready for employees as soon as they need care.

First contact

After personal contact with Fonkelzorg International, we take a leisurely look at how we work. We explain how GP care is arranged and what this means for your employees. You receive an overview with the most important principles, so that everything is clear from the start.

Data submission

Once we start together, you will receive a secure personal URL. Through this environment, employees can be easily notified via an excel. You fill in the contact information and upload the document. The environment is secure and meets all privacy requirements.

Registration Agreement

We make sure employees know they are enrolled in Fonkelzorg International. We do this via a welcome phone call or e-mail, always in the employee’s own language. This way they know where to go and how care works in the Netherlands.

Access to care

Employees receive clear explanations of the Dutch healthcare landscape. Fonkelzorg International is the first medical point of contact. If they have questions or complaints, they can contact us directly. If necessary, we guide them further and refer them to the appropriate healthcare provider.

Consultation in your own language

Our international physician assistants speak the employee’s language. As a result, the consultation can take place in the employee’s own language and an external interpreter is often not necessary. This ensures peace of mind, understanding and clear communication.

Collaboration with Covebo

Since October 2022, Covebo and Fonkelzorg International have been working together successfully, with positive results: employees feel better supported, receive care in their own language and seek medical help more quickly. This has not only reduced absenteeism but also reduced the workload of coordinators.
