Our international GPs work in five different locations. So you don’t have one location that you always go to. Of course, we look at what is closest for you. Sometimes an online consultation is sufficient and more convenient.

If necessary, the family doctor will refer you to the hospital or another specialist. Your family doctor stays involved until your recovery is complete!

Also in the Netherlands

The best care for you.

Are you in the Netherlands temporarily or for a longer time or do you still have your own doctor in your home country: it is important to register with a general practitioner in the Netherlands as well. The family doctor is the doctor you always go to first in the Netherlands. She is broadly medically trained and refers you (if necessary) to the specialist.

So for anything related to your health, you always go to your own family doctor first and not immediately to the hospital. Good to know right away: Usually the family doctor can already help you with the medical care question you have. The hospital often costs money, while your care at the family doctor’s is covered by basic insurance.

So there is more that is useful to know about Dutch healthcare. We are happy to explain it to you. And do you live or work in Central or East Brabant? Then you can also register with us as a patient.
