Collaboration with Covebo<\/h2>\n

Since October 2022, Covebo and Fonkelzorg International have been working together successfully, with positive results: employees feel better supported, receive care in their own language and seek medical help more quickly. This has not only reduced absenteeism but also reduced the workload of coordinators. <\/p>\n

Together with Koen Vogel (ABU), Kylie Lelieveld (Covebo) we joined forces for an article about this collaboration. In this article we share insights, show why this works and what the challenges are. <\/p>\n
